EULA - End User License Agreement

EULA

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between yourself and Time Software for "TS School" (also referred to as "the application") including all associated material and updates.

(C) COPYRIGHT. All rights reserved by Time Software. This product is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This product is licensed, not sold.
By using this product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. They are:
- You may use the application on as many computers as you wish, but only for your school.

- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.

- You may not lease or lend the application.

- Time Software may freely use, at its discretion, any information given to it by yourselves.

- The application may send and receive data via your internet connection. All costs pertaining to the use of the application will be for your account.

- The application may send general application information to Time Software (eg: frequency of use and error messages) for control and product-improvement purposes. All such information will be treated strictly confidential.

- Time Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions.
IMPORTANT

TIME SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, AND THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Time Software be liable for anything that may result or not result from using or not using this product. Neither shall Time Software be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the application or the provision of or failure to provide support services, even if Time Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
